This Service Agreement (the "Agreement") is between St. Pete Dump Trailers (a DBA of Gibson Management LLC), referred to as "the Company", and the customer named on the booking, referred to as "the Customer". By completing a booking, by signing a printed copy of this Agreement at delivery, or by replying to confirm a booking, the Customer agrees to all of the terms below.

1. Service being provided

The Company provides a hauling, transport, and delivery service using its own dump trailer and tow vehicle. The Company delivers the trailer, the Customer loads it within the agreed window, and the Company hauls and disposes of the load, or delivers material as ordered.

This is a service. The trailer is not rented to the Customer and is not towed by the Customer at any time.

2. Service window

The service window depends on the package booked:

Exact times are stated on the booking confirmation. For the 1-Day package, pickup is at 7 PM regardless of drop time. Special timing requests may be made at booking but are not guaranteed.

Additional days past the booked window are $50 per day per availability, billed automatically if the trailer is not ready at the scheduled pickup.

The following are not accepted under any circumstances. The Customer is responsible for proper disposal of any of these:

If prohibited items are found in the load, the load is refused, the Customer pays a $250 reload fee, and the Customer removes the prohibited items. The Company is not responsible for disposal of prohibited items.

10. Equipment Transport (when applicable)

For equipment transport jobs, the Customer confirms the equipment make, model, and weight at booking. Equipment must be 8,000 lb or under. The equipment owner drives the equipment on and off the trailer where possible. The Company secures all loads with rated tie-downs. The Company may refuse any load that exceeds the trailer rating or cannot be safely secured.

11. Limitation of liability

The Company's total liability for any claim arising from the service is limited to the amount the Customer paid for that job. The Company is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

The Company carries $1M / $2M commercial auto and general liability insurance. A certificate of insurance is available on request at [email protected].

12. Florida law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any dispute arising from or related to this Agreement is handled in the courts of Pinellas County, Florida.
